The position of academic and vocational information counsellor encompasses, in particular, responsibility for providing information, advice, assistance and guidance to students in the youth and adult sectors on programs of study, course selection and labour market to help them become familiar with academic and career paths so as to make informed choices.
− A bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialty, notably: academic and vocational counselling or guidance counselling.
− The person must be bilingual (French and English).
− Must be available to travel.
SALARY AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Salary according to the collective agreement, between $ 42 682 and $ 76 744 per year.
Eligibility to the tax credit for recent graduates working in remote resources regions.
Eligibility to the tax deduction for residents of designated remote areas.
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including an isolation premium between $ 8 318 and $ 13 307 per year, a furnished, low-rent apartment with electricity costs included, as well as a refund of three annual outings per year from your place of assignment to your original point of departure for you and your dependents.
